Olivit Construction Ltd. was established in 1984 to service both the private and public sectors of the construction industry. Our acquired experience has enabled us to successfully perform on projects in the education, healthcare, administration, corrections and commercial/retail sectors of the industry. We have completed projects ranging from high tech hospital and corrections facilities to basic warehousing structures and most anything in between. Olivit is fully bonded with capacity to bond projects in excess of 60 million dollars and we carry a 5 million dollar general liability insurance policy

We can provide competitive bids for Fixed Price Turn-Key projects as well as fees for Construction Management services. We have successfully completed many fast-track projects as well as multi-building development complexes.
